农业劳动力老龄化、社会资本与农户测土配方施肥技术采纳意愿

Aging agricultural workforce,social capital and farmers willingness to adopt soil testing and fertilizer application technologies

研究农户测土配方施肥技术采纳意愿及其影响因素对耕地保护、农业可持续发展具有重要意义。本文基于1092份江西省农户样本数据,采用Ordered Probit模型,实证分析了农业劳动力老龄化、社会资本对农户测土配方施肥技术采纳意愿的影响,以期为推广测土配方施肥技术的政策制定提供参考。研究表明:(1)农户测土配方施肥技术采纳意愿并不高。(2)农业劳动力老龄化、社会资本对农户测土配方施肥技术采纳意愿具有显著影响,农业劳动力老龄化程度越高,其测土配方施肥技术采纳意愿越低;社会资本的增加则能显著提升农户测土配方施肥技术的采纳意愿。(3)从社会资本不同维度的影响来看,社会网络、社会规范和社会信任均对农户测土配方施肥技术采纳意愿有显著正向影响。(4)社会资本中的社会网络、社会规范和社会信任均能显著缓解农业劳动力老龄化对农户测土配方施肥技术采纳意愿的不利影响。针对这些问题,应充分考虑农业劳动力老龄化现状,一方面加大相关宣传和技术培训力度,搭建交流互助平台等,另一方面应积极发挥社会资本的引导作用,促进技术推广与采纳程度。

The study of farmers willingness to adopt soil testing and fertilizer application technologies and its influencing factors is important for cultivated land conservation and sustainable agricultural development.This paper empirically analyzes the effects of aging agricultural labor force and social capital on farmers willingness to adopt soil testing and fertilizer application technologies based on 1092 sample data of rural households in Jiangxi Province using Ordered Probit model.The results hence provide reference for policy formulation in promoting soil testing and fertilizer application technologies.The study shows that:(1)farmers willingness to adopt soil testing and fertilizer application technologies is not high.(2)The aging of agricultural labor force and social capital have significant effects on farmers willingness to adopt soil-formula fertilizer technologies.The higher the aging of agricultural labor force,the lower their willingness to adopt soil-formula fertilizer technologies.Nonetheless,the increase of social capital can significantly improve farmers willingness to adopt soil-formula fertilizer technologies.(3)In terms of the effects of different dimensions of social capital,social network,social norm and social trust all had significant positive effects on farmers willingness to adopt soil testing and fertilizer application technologies.(4)Social networks,social norms and social trust in social capital can significantly mitigate the negative impacts of aging agricultural labor on farmers willingness to adopt soil testing and fertilizer application technologies.In response to these problems,the current situation of aging agriculture should be fully considered.On the one hand,relevant publicity and technical training should be increased,and a platform for exchange and mutual assistance should be built.On the other hand,the guiding role of social capital should be actively brought into play to promote the rate of technologies diffusion and the degree of adoption.
