摘要
点火系统是故障率较高的系统,它的非正常工作可能会直接造成发动机的工作效率、可靠性及经济性的下降。以莱康明IO-360-L2A型发动机点火系统为研究对象,基于功能共振分析方法对点火系统进行功能识别并描述,连接各功能的上下游连接,通过故障数据进行功能变化性的识别,解释系统未达到预期情况的致因,从而提出相应的安全性建议。文章的研究结果可为莱康明发动机点火系统的维护工作提供有效参考。
The ignition system is a system with a high failure rate. Its abnormal work may directly reduce the efficiency, reliability and economy of the engine.Taking the Lycoming IO-360-L2A engine ignition system as the research object, identifies and describes the function of the ignition system based on the functional resonance analysis method, connects the upstream and downstream connections of each function, identifies functional variability through fault data, and explains the cause of the system’s failure to meet expectations, so as to put forward corresponding safety suggestions. The research results of the article can provide an effective reference for the maintenance of the Lycoming engine ignition system.
