喷织废水集中处理与中水回用工程设计 被引量:1

摘要 江苏吴江区某喷织废水污水处理厂扩容提标改造规模为1.6万吨/天,处理后水质指标为pH值在6.0-9.0,COD≤60 mg/L,SS≤30 mg/L,硬度≤60 mg/L,色度≤30倍可以满足喷水织机的用水要求;污水厂排放标准按照《太湖地区城镇污水处理厂及重点工业行业主要水污染物排放限值》(DB32/1072-2018)要求。本工程通过“调节池+组合式气浮池+CASS生化池+V型滤池”的污水处理工艺(其中气浮池设于CASS生化池的上方以节省用地)可以达到喷织废水的集中收集处理达标后全流量回用。此工程项目的成功实施为以后的喷织废水的处理和回用工程的设计和运行管理提供经验,对企业内部原厂处理和回用的提标改造具有参考价值。 The scale of expansion and upgrading of a spraying textile wastewater treatment plant in Wujiang District of Jiangsu province was 16,000 tons/day. After treatment,the water quality index was between pH 6.0-9.0,COD ≤60 mg/L,SS ≤30 mg/L, hardness ≤60 mg/L and chroma ≤30 times,which can meet the water requirements of water jet loom. The discharge standard of the sewage plant was in accordance with DB32/1072-2018 Discharge Limits of Major Water Pollutants from Urban sewage Treatment Plants and Key industries in Taihu Lake Area.Through the sewage treatment process of “Regulation tank + Combined air flotation tank +CASS biochemical tank +V-type filtration”(In which the air flotation tank was located above CASS biochemical tank to save land),the centralized collection and treatment of spray weaving wastewater can be achieved and the full flow can be recycled after reaching the standard.The successful implementation of this project provided experience for the design and operation management of the treatment and reuse of spraying wastewater in the future,and had reference value for the upgrading of the original plant treatment and reuse in the enterprise.
