Mo含量对耐候钢埋弧焊焊缝组织影响

Influence of Mo Content on Microstructure of Submerged Arc Welding Seam of Weathering Steel

摘要 针对Q500qENH钢配套实心焊丝ER65NH-C的研发,分析了焊丝关键成分Mo与焊缝冶金质量、组织形态、力学性之间的关系,揭示了焊疑强初性调控机理,适当提高耐候钢埋弧焊丝熔敷金属中Mo含量,可有效细化焊缝柱状晶区和焊道热影响区晶粒度,同时增加焊缝因M-A组元数量,明显提升熔敷金属抗拉强度、屈服强度和低温韧性. Aiming at the research and development of the solid welding wire ER65NH-C matc hing the steel Q500qENH,the relationship between the key component Mo in the welding wire and the metallurgical quality,microstructure and mechanical properties of the welding seam were analyzed,and the control mechanism of the strength and toughness of the welding seam is revealed.When the Mo content in the deposited metal of the submerged arc welding wire is properly increased,it can effectively refine the grain size of weld columnar zone and the weld heat-affected zone,meanwhile,increase the quantity of M-A components,and significantly improve the tensile strength,yield strength and low temperature toughness of the deposited metal.
