水浸探伤在轴承钢检测中的应用

摘要 水浸探伤作为一种精度更高的超声波检测手段,可以对试样实行非破坏性的检测,代表性强,检测速度快,结果可靠,能够全面评价钢中缺陷的分布情况,在高洁净钢的检测中应用越来越广泛。本文以轴承钢为例,采用水浸超声技术对其进行检测,通过对缺陷波形的判断,运用金相和扫描电镜等手段解析验证,确定了缺陷的位置、形态和分布等详细信息,为高品质轴承钢冶炼工艺改进,提高钢的纯净度提供依据. As an accurate ultrasonic testing method,water immersion test can carry out non-destructive testing on samples with strong representativeness,fast testing speed and reliable results.Since it can comprehensively evaluate the distribution of defects in steel,it is widely applied in the testing of high-purity steel.This paper uses water immersion ul-trasonic technology to detect the bearing steel as an example,through the judgment of defect waveforms,and verification with metallography and scanning electron microscope,the detailed information such as defect location,shape and distribution are determined,which provides a basis for improving the smelting process of high-quality bearing steel and improving the purity of the steel.
