卵巢囊腺瘤的MRI诊断及鉴别诊断价值

The Value of MRI in Diagnosis and Differential Diagnosis of Ovarian Cystadenoma

目的分析卵巢囊腺瘤患者接受MRI(磁共振成像)鉴别诊断的结果及影像表现。方法针对该妇幼保健院2019年5月—2021年6月收诊的卵巢囊腺瘤患者50例进行观察分析,均接受超声及MRI诊断,以病理结果为依据,分析MRI诊断准确性,分析不同卵巢囊腺瘤患者影像表现。结果经病理诊断,50例患者中,21例患者为浆液性囊腺瘤,20例患者为黏液性囊腺瘤,2例患者为交界性囊腺瘤,1例为囊腺癌,2例为卵巢囊肿,2例为黄体囊肿,2例为巧克力囊肿。MRI诊断准确率为98.00%明显高于超声诊断80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.274,P<0.05)。结论利用MRI诊断卵巢囊腺瘤具有结果准确、影像清晰、操作便捷安全等优点,值得临床运用并推广。

Objective To analyze the results and imaging findings of MRI(magnetic resonance imaging)differential diagnosis in patients with ovarian cystadenoma.Methods Observation and analysis of 50 patients with ovarian cystadenoma admitted to the Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2019 to June 2021.All patients were diagnosed by ultrasound and MRI,and the diagnostic accuracy of MRI was analyzed based on the pathological results.The imaging manifestations of different ovarian cystadenoma patients were analyzed.Results Pathological diagnosis was made in 50 patients,21 cases were serous cystadenoma,20 cases were mucinous cystadenoma,and 2 cases were borderline cystadenoma,1 case was cystadenocarcinoma,2 cases were ovarian cysts,2 cases were corpus luteum cysts,and 2 cases were chocolate cysts.The diagnostic accuracy of MRI was 98.00%,which was significantly higher than that of ultrasound 80.00%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.274,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of MRI in the diagnosis of ovarian cystadenoma has the advantages of accurate results,clear images,convenient and safe operation,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
