乳腺X线摄影及磁共振诊断乳腺良恶性病变的价值分析

摘要 目的探究乳腺X线摄影与磁共振诊断在乳腺良恶性病变中的临床应用价值。方法选择2019年1月—2021年6月在该院进行治疗的乳腺疾病患者104例纳入研究,作为该次研究对象,均分别接受乳腺X线摄影与磁共振检查,并以手术病理诊断结果为判断依据,比较这两种诊断方式的准确性、灵敏度与特异性。结果该组104例患者中,经过手术病理诊断,乳腺良性病变患者92例,乳腺恶性病变患者12例;经乳腺X线摄影诊断,发现乳腺良性病变70例,乳腺恶性病变34例;经磁共振诊断,检出乳腺良性病变89例,乳腺恶性病变15例;比较乳腺X线摄影与磁共振诊断准确性、特异性与灵敏度后,提示磁共振均优于乳腺X线摄影,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺X线摄影与磁共振都可检出乳腺良恶性病变类型,但相比之下,后者诊断准确性、灵敏度与特异性更高,优势更为确切,值得临床大力推广与应用。 Objective To explore the clinical application value of mammography and magnetic resonance imaging in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lesions.Methods A total of 104 patients with breast disease who were treated in the hospital from January 2019 to June 2021 were included in the study as the research objects.All patients underwent mammography and magnetic resonance examinations,respectively,and were judged based on the results of surgical and pathological diagnosis.The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of these two diagnostic methods were compared.Results Among the 104 patients in this group,92 patients had benign breast lesions and 12 patients had malignant breast lesions after surgical and pathological diagnosis.Diagnosed by mammography,70 cases of benign breast lesions and 34 cases of malignant breast lesions were found.By magnetic resonance imaging,89 cases of benign breast lesions and 15 cases of malignant breast lesions were detected.After compared the diagnostic accuracy,specificity and sensitivity of mammography and magnetic resonance imaging,it was suggested that magnetic resonance imaging was superior to mammography,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Both mammography and magnetic resonance can detect the types of benign and malignant breast lesions,but in contrast,the latter has higher diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity,and has more definite advantages,which is worthy of vigorous promotion and application in clinical practice.
