异维A酸联合红蓝光治疗面部中重度痤疮临床疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy Analysis of Isotretinoin Combined with Red and Blue Light in the Treatment of Moderate and Severe Facial Acne

目的探讨面部中重度痤疮患者采用异维A酸、红蓝光联合治疗的疗效与安全性。方法选择2017年5月—2021年3月于该院接受治疗的面部中重度痤疮患者60例,根据就诊时间顺序分作观察组(30例)与对照组(30例)。对照组单纯采用异维A酸治疗,观察组在其基础上联合红蓝光治疗。评估两组患者治疗前后症状(粉刺、丘疹、脓包)改善情况,统计各组患者治疗后不良反应总发生率。结果观察组总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.667,P<0.05)。观察组中重度痤疮患者经过联合方案治疗后,症状评分结果均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应总发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论面部中重度痤疮患者通过接受异维A酸、红蓝光联合治疗后能够改善症状表现,同时安全性理想。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of isotretinoin combined with red and blue light therapy in patients with moderate to severe facial acne.Methods 60 patients with moderate to severe facial acne who were treated in the hospital from May 2017 to March 2021 were selected,and were divided into observation group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)according to the order of treatment time.The control group was treated with isotretinoin alone,and the observation group was treated with red and blue light on the basis of it.The improvement of symptoms(acne,papules,pustules)before and after treatment in the two groups was evaluated,and the total incidence of adverse reactions in each group after treatment was counted.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.667,P<0.05).The symptom scores of patients with moderate and severe acne in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment with the combined regimen,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Patients with moderate and severe facial acne can improve their symptoms after receiving isotretinoin,red and blue light combined treatment,and at the same time,the safety is ideal.
