前列地尔注射液治疗糖尿病足疗效分析

Efficacy Analysis of Alprostadil Injection in the Treatment of Diabetic Foot

目的探讨前列地尔注射液治疗糖尿病足的疗效。方法选取2018年10月—2021年9月收治的90例糖尿病足患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组与研究组,各45例。对照组予以常规治疗,研究组予以常规治疗+前列地尔注射液治疗。观察两组疗效、足背动脉血流动力学指标、创面恢复指标、症状恢复指标、凝血指标。结果研究组治疗总有效率为97.78%,明显高于对照组82.22%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.444,P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组血管内径、血流流速、搏动指数指标明显高于对照组,阻力指数明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组溃疡面积、创面pH值明显小于对照组,创面氧分压明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组疼痛、肿胀、跛行、麻木指标评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组纤维蛋白肽A、D-二聚体明显低于对照组,纤维连接蛋白明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前列地尔注射液治疗糖尿病足病症的疗效较高,有利于改善患者足背动脉血流动力学及凝血指标,促进症状及创面恢复。

Objective To explore the efficacy of alprostadil injection in the treatment of diabetic foot.Methods From October 2018 to September 2021,90 patients with diabetic foot were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,while the study group was given routine treatment+alprostadil injection.Observed curative effect,dorsal foot artery hemodynamic index,wound recovery index,symptom recovery index,coagulation index of two group.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.78%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 82.22%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.444,P<0.05).After treatment,the inner diameter of blood vessels,blood flow velocity and pulsatility index in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the resistance index was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the ulcer area and wound pH value in the study group were significantly smaller than those in the control group,and the partial pressure of oxygen in the wound was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the index scores of pain,swelling,lameness and numbness in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the fibrinopeptide A and D-dimer in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the fibronectin was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Alprostadil injection has a high curative effect in the treatment of diabetic foot disease,which is beneficial to improve the hemodynamics and coagulation indexes of the dorsal foot artery of patients,and promote the recovery of symptoms and wounds.
