摘要
车辆液压系统一般包含数量众多、规格形状不同的硬管,大量硬管出工程图的设计工作量大,效率低。该文结合液压硬管弯管过程,对硬管弯曲形状进行参数化建模,通过NX二次开发程序设计,实现了由硬管三维模型获取硬管弯管参数的过程,简化了液压硬管设计、弯管流程,大大提高了液压硬管设计和弯管的效率。
Vehicle hydraulic system generally contains a large number of hard pipes with different specifications and shapes.The design workload of a large number of hard pipes to produce engineering drawings is large and the efficiency is low.In this paper,combined with the process of hydraulic hard pipe bending,the parametric modeling of hard pipe bending shape is carried out.Through NX secondary development program design,the process of obtaining hard pipe bending parameters from the three-dimensional model of hard pipe is realized,the hydraulic hard pipe design and bending process are simplified,and the efficiency of hydraulic hard pipe design and bending is greatly improved.
