摘要
针对双截割臂掘进机在施工时的操作需求,开发了液压切换控制阀组,设计了双截割臂的液压控制系统,实现了双截割臂同步动作与独立动作的控制和切换,具备可靠安全、操作简单等特点,经过工程实际应用,效果良好。
According to the operation needs of double cutting arm roadheader in construction,the switching control valve group is developed,and the hydraulic control system of double cutting arm is designed to realize the control and switching of synchronous action or independent action of double cutting arm.It has the characteristics of reliability,safety and simple operation.After practical application,the effect is good.
