摘要
液压缸可靠性验证试验参数通常由实际工程经验确定,该文针对液压缸可靠性试验加速因子及加载次数的选取进行理论分析。由液压缸制造材料,确定其对应通用材料在可靠度90%下加载次数为10^(6)对应的加速强度比,作为试验的极限加速强度比;再根据液压缸不同的的材料特性及加工工艺,引入离散系数,得到加速因子的取值范围。在明确试验台加载应力后,根据累积疲劳损伤准则及工程需求,确定其对应加载应力下等效加载次数。
The parameters of hydraulic cylinder reliability verification test are usually determined by practical engineering experience.This paper makes a theoretical analysis on the selection of acceleration factor and loading times of hydraulic cylinder reliability test.The acceleration strength ratio corresponding to 106 loading times of the corresponding general material under 90%reliability is determined as the ultimate acceleration strength ratio of the test;Then,according to the different material characteristics and processing technology of the hydraulic cylinder,the discrete coefficient is introduced to obtain the value range of the acceleration factor.After determining the loading stress of the test-bed,the equivalent loading times under the corresponding loading stress are determined according to the cumulative fatigue damage criterion and engineering requirements.
