摘要 为进一步挖掘无刷直流电机的应用潜力,通过对其结构及工作原理的研究,设计一种基于STM32F407的无刷直流电机控制系统。系统的控制部分利用STM32内部的高级定时器产生PWM控制信号,利用霍尔信号检测电机的转子位置并计算转速,结合PID算法提高控制系统的鲁棒性和自适应能力。驱动部分添加了隔离电路,能够使系统更加稳定地运行,提高了其抗干扰的能力。基于LABVIEW搭建了系统的调试平台,能够实时观测电机的运行速度,使PID参数整定更加便捷。该系统成本低、性能高,具有一定的工程应用价值。 In order to further tap the application potential of brushless DC motor, a brushless DC motor control system based on STM32F407 is designed by studying its structure and working principle. In the control part of the system, the advanced timer in STM32 is used to generate PWM control signals, and Hall signals are used to detect the rotor position of the motor and calculate the speed. Combined with PID algorithm, the robustness and adaptive ability of the control system are improved. In the part of the driver an isolation circuit is added, which can make the system run more stably and improve its antiinterference ability. The debugging platform of the system is built based on LABVIEW, which can observe the running speed of the motor in real time, and make PID parameter tuning more convenient.The system has low cost, high performance and certain engineering application value.
