摘要 为满足在实验室和计量校准应用场合中温控设备对体积轻量化和提高精度的需求,设计一款适用于便携式高精度温控设备的温度控制系统。系统在硬件上基于STM32F407微控制器,采用半导体制冷(热)片调节温度;软件框架基于FreeRtos操作系统,采用简易温度模型函数和改进PID结合的方式设计温控算法。算法可通过简单方法获取简易数学模型函数并与改进PID配合发挥极好的控制效果。经验证,该系统在5℃~50℃范围上连续可调,精度达到0.05℃。相比传统的PID系统,本设计具有响应速度更快、超调量更小等优点,鲁棒性强,具有很高的应用价值。 In order to meet the demand of temperature control equipment for lightweight and high precision in laboratory and metrological calibration applications, a temperature control system suitable for portable high-precision temperature control equipment is designed. In hardware, the system is based on STM32F407 microcontroller and uses semiconductor refrigeration sheets to adjust the temperature. The software framework is based on FreeRtos operating system, and the temperature control algorithm is designed by combining simple temperature model function with improved PID. The algorithm can obtain simple mathematical model functions by simple methods and play an excellent control effect with improved PID. It has been proved that the system can be continuously adjusted from 5℃ to 50℃, and the accuracy can reach 0.05 ℃. Compared with the traditional PID system, the design has the advantages of faster response speed, smaller overshoot, strong robustness and high application value.
