基于TMS320F28035的数控Zeta变换器设计与实现

摘要 针对数字控制器复杂算法带来的信号纹波及噪声问题,为提高控制系统的快速性与稳定性,以TMS320F28035作为主控芯片,以IR2104为开关管驱动芯片辅助供电电路,完成Zeta变换器的主电路及数字控制系统的设计。设计充分发挥控制器计算速度快、计算延迟较低的优点,能够实现较为复杂的控制算法,应对负载的快速变化。通过实验表明,本系统输出电压稳定,输出电压纹波小,负载突变时能够快速恢复到设定的电压值。研究为数字开关电源提供了一种有效的技术方案。 Aiming at the problem of signal ripple and noise caused by the complex algorithm of digital controller, in order to improve the rapidity and stability of the control system, TMS320F28035 is used as the main control chip, and IR2104 is used as the auxiliary power supply circuit of the switch tube driver chip to complete the design of the main circuit of Zeta converter and the digital control system. The design gives full play to the advantages of fast calculation speed and low calculation delay of the controller, and can realize more complex control algorithms to cope with the rapid change of load.Experiments show that the output voltage of this system is stable, the output voltage ripple is small, and it can quickly recover to the set voltage value when the load suddenly changes. It provides an effective technical scheme for the research of digital switching power supply.
