The development of social economy has promoted the construction process of urbanization.When carrying out urban planning and construction,staff often need to transform and update some old residential areas.However,there are many problems in the old residential area,some renewal projects will face various risk factors.Therefore,the relevant risk factors need to be fully understood and deeply analyzed,the cause of risk factors of should be studied,and the risk of urban renewal projects in old residential areas must be evaluated.Finally,scientific and reasonable renewal and transformation plan are formulated in combination with the actual situation,so as to improve the quality and efficiency of work and ensure the safety of renewal projects.
