目前,随着城市化进程的不断加快,许多历史建筑被盲目拆建,严重破坏了城市风貌与文化遗产。面对城市化浪潮的冲击,为了进一步促进经济建设和文化保护的融合发展,技术人员可以在建设改造规划中充分融入保护方案并根据方案严格实施,从而提高学术界对建筑遗产和城市建设有机融合的关注度。本文通过对城市化进程中关于保护和改造历史建筑的必要性与相关原则的深入剖析,并积极借鉴国际经验,提出保护与改造实践策略,以期赋予历史建筑全新的文化特质与功能,使其能够传承城市文脉、彰显城市品位。

At present,with the accelerating process of urbanization,many historical buildings have demolished blindly,which seriously damage the urban landscape and cultural heritage.Facing the impact of urbanization,the protection scheme should be integrated into the construction and transformation planning and implemented,so as to further promote the integration of economic construction and cultural protection and improve the academic attention to the organic integration of architectural heritage and urban construction.Based on the in-depth analysis of the necessity and relevant principles of protecting and transforming historical buildings in the process of urbanization,and actively drawing on international experience,practical strategies for protecting and transforming historical buildings are put forward,so as to endow historical buildings with new cultural characteristics and functions,so that they can inherit urban context and highlight urban taste.
