THE ACCOUNTING SETTLEMENT OF CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING AND THE COST MANAGEMENT OF BUILDING CONSTRUCTION

近年来,随着建筑工程规模的不断扩大,建设成本也在逐年增加。为了促进建筑行业的可持续发展,管理人员需要做好建筑工程预结算工作,加强建筑工程成本管理,提高建筑工程施工水平。同时,管理人员还需要采取有效的措施,充分发挥建筑施工成本管理的作用。基于此,本文分析了建筑工程预结算与建筑施工成本管理的相关内容,以期提高建筑工程的经济效益,推动建筑行业的健康发展。

In recent years,the construction cost increased with the continuous expansion of construction projects.In order to promote the sustainable development of the construction industry,the accounting settlement of construction project cost should be carefully delt with,the construction project cost management should be strengthened,and the construction level of construction projects should be improved.At the same time,effective measures need to be taken by managers,so as to give full play to the role of construction cost management.Based on this,in order to improve the economic benefits of construction projects and promote the healthy development of the construction industry,this paper mainly analyzes the cost accounting settlement of construction project and construction cost management.
