乡村学校劳动教育的时代意蕴、现实困境与可能路径 被引量:3

摘要 推进乡村学校劳动教育实践是新时代我国劳动教育再发展战略的必然要求。乡村学校劳动教育是乡村教育事业的重要构成,是传承和创新优秀乡村文化、助力乡村振兴的重要方式,对于乡村学生的成长成才意义重大。近年来,我国乡村学校劳动教育出现了一些问题,主要表现为乡村片面劳动观念产生的消极影响、乡村教育改革产生的负面后果、现代乡村生活方式变迁导致的乡村学生劳动机会缺失、乡村学校应试型教育生态产生的阻遏效应,从而致使乡村学校劳动教育事业的发展困难重重。新时代乡村学校劳动教育可以从以下方面寻求突破:多渠道重塑家长劳动教育观念,加强家长参与;多方面探索劳动教育资源的开发和利用;多途径增加乡村学生参与劳动生活的机会;多层面凸显和强化劳动教育评价。 To promote the labor education practice of rural schools is a necessary requirement of China’s labor education redevelopment strategy in the new era. Labor education in rural schools is an important component of rural education and an important way to inherit and innovate excellent rural culture and help rural revitalization,which is of great significance to the growth of rural students. In recent years,some problems have appeared in China’s labor education in rural schools,which are mainly reflected by the negative impact of one-sided labor concept,the negative consequences generated by rural education reform,students’ lack of labor opportunities caused by the change of rural lifestyle,and the repressive effect generated by the test-orientated education ecology in rural schools. Thus,the development of labor education in rural school is beset with difficulties. In the new era,labor education in rural schools can seek breakthroughs through the following aspects:remolding parents’ labor education concept through multiple channels and strengthening parents’ participation;exploring the ways to develop and utilize labor education resources in various aspects;increasing rural students’ opportunities to participate in the working life through multiple channels;and highlighting and strengthening the labor education evaluation at multiple levels.
