“农助工程”与乡村教育家成长:未能与可能 被引量:3

“Assistance Project for Rural Principals”and Growth of Rural Educators:Failure and Possibility

摘要 “校长国培计划——边远贫困地区农村校长助力工程”的实施是对教育家办学的回应,指向乡村教育振兴,但在农村校长助力工程的推进过程中,培训者的任务取向对于乡村教育家成长目标的偏离、参训者的重在参与之心对于教育家成长之心的置换、培训内容的通识取向对于乡村教育话语的遮蔽,致使乡村教育家未能迅速长成,,要实现“农助工程”助力乡村教育家成长,可采取以下措施:加强培训者的培训,标定“靶心”,精准实施“农助工程”;加强培训前的调查与研究,按学理之需与参训者的主观之需供给培训资源;推进培训中的启蒙,帮助参训者建立乡村教育家成长自信;实行返岗实践中的督导,确立终生制的培训关系。 The “National Training Program for Principals”is an assistance project for rural principals in remote and poor areas. It is a response to running schools by educators and aims at the revitalization of rural education.However,it is difficult for rural educators to grow up quickly in the process of promoting the project because the task-oriented attitude of the trainers deviates from the goal of helping rural educators grow,the trainees put emphasis on participation instead of trying to grow to be educators,and the general contents of training obscure the discourse of rural education. In order to realize the promoting of growth of rural educators through “assistance project for rural principals”,the following measures can be taken: strengthening the training of trainers through recognizing the target to accurately implement the “assistance project for rural principals ”;highlighting the investigation and research before training in order to provide training resources according to the needs of academic theory and subjective trainees;promoting the enlightenment in the training to help the participants to establish the self-confidence of rural educators;and carrying out the supervision in the practice of returning to work for establishing a lifelong training relationship.
