农村社区家长终身学习价值、困境及路径摭论

The Value,Dilemma and Path of Parents’Lifelong Learning in Rural Communities

终身学习是每个人的终身课题,是获得生存和发展的重要基石。农村社区家长终身学习具有多方面的价值,具体归纳为满足个体诉求、提升家庭教育理性以及促进学习型社会建立。目前,农村社区家长终身学习面临困境,主要表现为畏难情绪困扰、学习氛围缺失、社会支持服务不足。基于此困境,提出“克服情绪障碍,形成乐观学习态度”“宣传‘终身学习’理念,营造学习氛围”“完善社会支持服务,提供学习条件保障”的解决路径,以期为农村社区家长终身学习扫清障碍,从而促进个体、家庭和社会的共同发展。

Lifelong learning is a lifelong subject for everyone and an important cornerstone for survival and development.Lifelong learning of parents in rural communities are valuable in many ways,such as,satisfying individual demands,improving the rationality of family education and promoting the establishment of a learning society.At present,parents in rural communities are facing difficulties in lifelong learning,which are mainly manifested as emotional distress,lack of learning atmosphere and insufficient social support services.Based on this dilemma,it is proposed to overcome emotional barriers and to form an optimistic learning attitude,promoting the concept of“lifelong learning”and creating a learning atmosphere;improving social support services and providing solutions to guarantee learning conditions,so as to clear obstacles for parents’lifelong learning in rural communities and promote the common development of individuals,families and society.
