摘要
自从新冠肺炎疫情发生以后,人们都将健康摆在首位,有的学校为了避免学生感染病毒,采取暂时停课的方式,整个教育行业在很大程度上受到了影响。为了不耽误学生的学习,许多高校在经过一番考虑之后决定选择在线教学的方式。通过对高校教师在线行为意向的研究,对于教学各个环节出现的问题,教师在线上及时给出解决对策,也是对一学期的在线教学的一种总结,积累更多的经验。高校教师在线教学行为意向对在线课堂的教学实践具有很大的影响,对高校教师在行为中的影响因素与对策进行研究。
Since the outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia,health has been put in the first place.Some schools have taken temporary suspension to avoid students’infection,and the whole education has been greatly affected.In order not to delay students’learning,many colleges and universities decide to choose online teaching after some consideration.Through the research on the online behavior intention of college teachers,teachers can timely give solutions to the problems in all aspects of teaching online,which is also a summary of one semester online teaching and the accumulation of experience.College Teachers’online teaching behavior intention has a great impact on the teaching practice of online classroom.This paper focuses on the influencing factors and countermeasures of college teachers’behavior.
