大学生职业生涯规划与就业指导课程是高校专业人才培养方案的重要组成部分,能够为大学生职业发展和就业指导提供必要的帮助,确保人才培养质量,提高大学生的专业对口率和就业率。文章简述大学生职业生涯规划与就业指导课程教学遇到的问题及教学改革思路,并从教学内容贴近学生实际需求、注重理论教学与实践教学的融合、建设教学资源库、采取多样化的教学方式、重视师资队伍的建设几个方面提出教学改革的具体措施。

The course of college students'career planning and employment guidance is an important part of the professional talent training program in colleges and universities.It can provide necessary help for college students'career development and employment guidance,ensure the quality of talent training,and improve the professional counterpart rate and employment rate of college students.This paper briefly describes the problems encountered in the teaching of college students'career planning and employment guidance course and the ideas of teaching reform,and puts forward specific measures for teaching reform from the aspects of teaching content close to students'actual needs,paying attention to the integration of theoretical teaching and practical teaching,building teaching resource database,adopting diversified teaching methods and paying attention to the construction of teaching staff.
