摘要
随着社会的发展和高等教育的普及,大学生就业变革不断深化,高职院校毕业生就业竞争日趋激烈,其所面临的各种心理困扰与心理问题的挑战也日益突出。文章简述高职大学生职业性格测评与访谈结果,探讨高职院校毕业生就业心理困惑问题及原因,并从提升学生职业核心能力、打造具备就业心理指导能力的师资队伍、提升学生就业压力管理能力、增强学生创新创业意识、培养学生良好的心理素质等方面,提出解决高职毕业生就业心理问题的对策和方法。
With the development of society and the popularization of higher education,the employment reform of college students is deepening,the employment competition of higher vocational college graduates is becoming increasingly fierce,and the challenges of various psychological problems and psychological problems they face are becoming increasingly prominent.This paper briefly describes the results of vocational character evaluation and interview of higher vocational college students,discusses the psychological confusion of higher vocational college graduates and its causes,and from the aspects of improving students'professional core ability,building a teaching team with employment psychological guidance ability,improving students'ability of employment pressure management,enhancing students'awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship,and cultivating students'good psychological quality,put forward the countermeasures and methods to solve the employment psychological problems of higher vocational graduates.
