劳动教育是国民教育体系的重要内容,是学生成长的必要途径,具有树德、增智、强体、育美的综合育人价值。通过劳动教育,学生能够理解和树立正确的劳动观,能够塑造勤俭、奋斗、创新、奉献的劳动精神,能够具备满足生存发展需要的基本劳动能力,能够养成良好劳动习惯。文章从乡村劳动教育的现状入手,对家校携手提升乡村劳动教育效能的必要性进行分析,并对家校携手提升乡村劳动教育效能的具体分工、有效策略进行探究。

Labor education is an important part of the national education system and a necessary way for students to grow.It has the comprehensive educational value of cultivating morality,increasing intelligence,strengthening body and educating beauty.Through labor education,students can understand and establish a correct concept of labor,shape the labor spirit of diligence,thrift,struggle,innovation and dedication,have the basic labor ability to meet the needs of survival and development,and develop good working habits.Starting from the current situation of rural labor education,this paper analyzes the necessity of family school cooperation to improve the efficiency of rural labor education,and explores the specific division of labor and effective strategies of family school cooperation to improve the efficiency of rural labor education.
