摘要
在全国兴起本科生导师制的大环境下,贵州财经大学的本科生导师制在国内的地方高校中颇具特色,但是在具体操作中也面临着诸多的困境。文章通过对贵州财经大学学生的问卷调查和对教师的深度访谈,剖析学校本科生导师制实施过程中存在的问题与困难,并结合师生需求和学校实际情况指出后续本科生导师制实施中的优化思路:成立导师组,分类指导;尊重师生意愿,明确选拔标准;加强宣传引导,提高学生的主动性;进一步探索完善本科生导师的考核办法。
In the context of the rise of undergraduate tutorial system in China,the undergraduate tutorial system of Guizhou University of Finance and Economics is quite characteristic in local colleges and universities in China,but it also faces many difficulties in specific operation.Through the questionnaire survey of students in Guizhou University of Finance and Economics and in-depth interviews with teachers,this paper analyzes the problems and difficulties existing in the implementation of undergraduate tutorial system in Guizhou University of Finance and Economics,and points out the optimization ideas in the follow-up implementation of undergraduate tutorial system in combination with the needs of teachers and students and the actual situation of Guizhou University of Finance and Economics:establishing tutor group and classified guidance;respect the wishes of teachers and students and clarify the selection criteria;strengthen publicity and guidance to improve students'initiative;further explore and improve the assessment methods of undergraduate tutors.
