疫情防控背景下高职大学生就业问题研究

Research on the Employment of Higher Vocational College Students under the Background of Epidemic Prevention and Control

受新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的影响,一些高校的教学、招聘等工作以及具体开展的形式都有了很大的变化,如何解决好大学生的就业问题也成为各高校的重要工作之一。文章分析疫情防控背景下大学生的就业现状,探讨疫情防控背景下大学生就业压力大的主要影响因素,指出疫情防控背景下要解决大学生就业问题,就要三方配合,做好大学生就业心理疏导,进行科学的就业引导;开源拓岗,落实好国家的就业政策。

Influenced by the epidemic of new coronavirus pneumonia,some colleges and universities have made great changes in their teaching,recruitment,and specific forms.Solving the employment problem of college students has become one of the important tasks of colleges and universities.This paper analyzes the current situation of college students'employment under the background of epidemic prevention and control,discusses the main influencing factors of college students'employment pressure under the background of epidemic prevention and control,and points out that in order to solve the problem of college students'employment under the background of epidemic prevention and control,we should cooperate with the three parties,do a good job in college students'employment psychological counseling and carry out scientific employment guidance;open source and expand posts,and implement the national employment policy.
