摘要
护理专业因其专业特殊性,需要学生对本专业有强烈的认同感和职业依从性。文章从“辅导员—专业导师制”育人管理模式的基本内涵、“辅导员—专业导师制”的实施目标、“辅导员—专业导师制”的运行机制、“辅导员—专业导师制”的教育效果、“辅导员—专业导师制”的成效、“辅导员—专业导师制”实施过程中的思考六方面进行探讨,以提高学生专业依从性和职业稳定度,促进护理行业健康持续发展。
Because of the specialty particularity of nursing specialty,students need to have a strong sense of identity and professional compliance.This paper discusses the basic connotation of the educational management mode of"counselor professional tutorial system",the implementation goal of"counselor professional tutorial system",the operation mechanism of"counselor professional tutorial system",the educational effect of"counselor professional tutorial system",the effect of"counselor professional tutorial system"and the thinking in the implementation process of"counselor professional tutorial system",to improve students'professional compliance and professional stability,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of the nursing industry.
