摘要
跟岗实习工作质量的高低直接影响着高职学生对学前教育专业的职业认同感和从业意愿。湘南幼专学前教育学院一直秉承“双元育人”的现代学徒制人才培养模式,积累了大量与跟岗实习工作相关的经验。文章在总结学前教育学院做好跟岗实习工作的相关经验基础上,反思跟岗实习过程在“学院—实习生—实习单位”中存在的问题,指出高校要全面推进“现代学徒制”人才培养模式,学生要做好跟岗实习前的准备工作。
The quality of on-the-job practice directly affects the vocational identity and willingness of higher vocational students to preschool education.The Preschool Education School of Xiangnan Preschool Teachers College has been adhering to the modern apprenticeship talent training mode of"dual education",and has accumulated a lot of experience related to on-the-job internship.On the basis of summarizing the relevant experience of pre-school education college in doing well in post follow-up practice,this paper reflects on the problems existing in the process of post follow-up practice in"college,intern,internship unit",and points out that colleges and universities should comprehensively promote the talent training mode of"modern apprenticeship",and students should make good preparations before post follow-up practice.
