培养与社会主义现代化建设相适应的实用型技能人才是中职教育的主要目标。校企合作是中职学校培养实用型技能人才的主要方式之一,通过企业规模化的实训模式培养学生除理论知识以外的实践能力,对中职学校发展和人才综合素养的提升具有积极意义。为了使中职学校的学生所学的知识和专业能够适应我国现代化发展进程,促进学生德智体美劳全面发展,中职教育正朝着这一方向努力。文章对中职学校开展校企合作的意义、问题与策略进行研究,旨在为校企合作提供参考和借鉴。

Cultivating practical skilled talents suitable for socialist modernization is the main goal of secondary vocational education.School enterprise cooperation is one of the main ways for secondary vocational schools to cultivate practical skilled talents.Cultivating students'practical ability in addition to theoretical knowledge through the large-scale training mode of enterprises is of positive significance to the development of secondary vocational schools and the improvement of talents'comprehensive quality.In order to make the knowledge and majors learned by secondary vocational school students adapt to the process of China's modernization and promote the all-round development of students'morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor,secondary vocational education is working in this direction.This paper studies the significance,problems and strategies of school enterprise cooperation in secondary vocational schools,in order to provide reference for school enterprise cooperation.
