Effectively Carry out Labor Education to Cultivate Good Character of Special Students

对于特殊教育学校来说,劳动育人的首要任务是通过劳动教育让学生掌握劳动知识,学会劳动技能,树立劳动观念,养成良好的劳动习惯和生活习惯。特殊教育学校的劳动教育对学生的成长、家庭养育以及社会发展有重要意义,具有育人价值、社会价值、文化价值。文章从劳动教育与特殊学生品格形成的关系、特殊学生劳动教育的品格培养目标、特殊教育学校劳动教育的途径与方式三方面,对有效开展劳动教育,培养特殊学生良好品格进行探讨。

For special education schools,the primary task of labor education is to let students master labor knowledge,learn labor skills,establish labor concept and develop good working and living habits through labor education.Labor education in special education schools is of great significance to students'growth,family upbringing and social development.It has educational value,social value and cultural value.This paper discusses the effective development of labor education and the cultivation of special students'good character from three aspects:the relationship between labor education and the formation of special students'character,the character training objectives of special students'labor education,and the ways and methods of labor education in special education schools.
