经输尿管镜碎石取石治疗上尿道结石的疗效

Effect of ureteroscopic lithotripsy in the treatment of upper urethral calculi

目的分析经输尿管镜碎石取石治疗上尿道结石的疗效。方法根据掷硬币法,将2017年10月-2020年10月在广东同江医院救治的150例上尿道结石患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各75例。对照组采用体外冲击波碎石,观察组采用输尿管镜碎石取石。比较两组各项临床指标、肾功能指标、治疗总有效率以及并发症总发生率。结果观察组各项临床指标优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后各项肾功能指标优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率97.33%高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率2.67%低于对照组的18.67%(P<0.05)。结论上尿道结石患者经输尿管镜碎石取石对患者肾功能指标影响较小,并发症发生率低,建议推广应用。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of transureteroscopic lithotripsy in the treatment of upper urethral calculi.Methods According to the coin tossing method,150 patients with upper urethral calculi treated in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2020 were divided into observation group and control group,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy,and the observation group was treated with ureteroscopic lithotripsy.The clinical indexes,renal function indexes,total effective rate and total incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Resu I ts The clinical indexes of the observation group are better than those of the control group(P<0.05);the indexes of renal function in the observation group were better than those in the control groups(P<0.05);the total effective rate in the observation group was 97.33%higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05);the total incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.67%,lower than 18.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Cone I us i on Ureteroscopic lithotripsy in patients with upper urethral calculi had little effect on renal function and low incidence of complications.lt is recommended to popularize it.
