左氧氟沙星联合信必可都保治疗AECOPD的效果观察

Effect of levofloxacin combined with xinbikedubao in the treatment of AECOPD

目的分析左氧氟沙星联合信必可都保即布地奈德福莫特罗吸入粉剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)的效果。方法前瞻性选取2016年3月-2019年12月于清新区人民医院呼吸内科治疗的86例AECOPD患者,采用掷硬币法分为左氧氟沙星注射液组,下称单独组(43例)和左氧氟沙星注射液联合信必可都保组,下称联合组(43例),单独组用左氧氟沙星注射液治疗,联合组在单独组的基础上加用信必可都保。比较两组住院时间及治疗前、治疗6d后慢阻肺患者自我评估测试(CAT)评分、炎症因子[降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)]水平。结果治疗6d,两组CAT评分较治疗前明显降低,联合组CAT评分低于单独组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组住院时间短于单独组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗6d,两组患者PCT.CRP均低于治疗前,且联合组低于单独组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论左氧氟沙星联合信必可都保可显著减轻AECOPD患者的症状,减轻炎症反应,缩短患者的住院时间。

0b jective To analyze the ffct of levofloxacin combined with xinbikedubao,budesonide and formoterol inhalation powder in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods 86 patients with AECOPD treated in the respiratory department of Qingxin District People's Hospital from March 2016 to December 2019 were prospectively divided into levofloxacin injection group(hereinafter referred to as the separate group(43 cases)and levofloxacin injection combined with xinbikedubao,hereinafter referred to as the combined group(43 cases).The separate group was treated with levofloxacin injecion.The joint group adds xinbike dubao on the basis of a separate group.The hospitalization time,self-asessment test(CAT)score and inflammatory factor[procalcitonin(PCT)C-reactive protein(CRP)]level of COPD patients before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 6 days of treatment,the cat score of the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment.The cat score of the combined group was lower than that of the single group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the combined group was shorter than that of the xinbikedubao group P<0.05).After 6 days of treatment,PCT and CRP in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the combined group was lower than that in the single goup(P<0.05).Conclus ion Levofloxacin combined with xinbikedubao can significantly reduce the 6ymptomsinflammatory reation and hospital stay of AECOPD patients.
