针对性护理在急性重症脑梗死并发肺部感染患者护理中的应用效果

Application effect of targeted nursing in the nursing of patients with acute severe cerebral infarction complicated with pulmonary infection

目的探讨采用不同的两种护理方法应用在急性重症脑梗死并发肺部感染患者中的临床效果。方法选取2019年9月-2020年9月在武汉同济医院就诊的40例急性重症脑梗死并发肺部感染的患者作为此次研究的对象。此次研究共有两种护理方法,20名病人采取针对性的护理方法,其余20名病人采用一般的护理方法。结果在采取不一样的护理方法以后,生活质量的对比结果是针对性护理要比一般护理好,而且使用针对性护理的患者,其并发症也比较少。结论对急性重症脑梗死并发肺部感染的患者应用针对性的护理方法,可以大大改善患者的生活质量以及减少其并发症的发生情况。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of two different nursing methods applied to patients with acute severe cerebral infarction complicated with pulmonary infection.Met hods 40 patients with acute severe cerebral infarction complicated with pulmonary infection who were admitted to our hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 were the subjects of this study.There are two nursing methods in this study,20 patients adopted targeted nursing methods,and the remaining 20 patients adopted general nursing methods.Results After adopting different nursing methods,the comparison result of quality of life is that targeted care is better than general care,and patients who use targeted care have fewer complications.Conelusion The application of targeted nursing methods to patients with acute severe cerebral infarction complicated with pulmonary infection can greatly improve the quality of life of the patients and reduce the occurrence of their complications.
