中医治疗老年抑郁症的研究进展

老年抑郁症是老年人常见的精神障碍性疾病,严重影响老年人的身心健康及生活质量,加重家庭和社会的负担。随着老年人口的增长,患病率也逐年上升,则引起了医学界多该疾病的高度重视。中医药治疗老年抑郁症不良反应小,安全可靠,具有明显的临床疗效。文章着重从中医的病因病机、辨证分型、治疗等方面进行阐述老年抑郁症的治疗思路,为临床上治疗老年抑郁症提供参考。

With the growth of the elderly population, the prevalence rate is also increasing year by year, which has attracted much attention from the medical community. Traditional Chinese medicine is safe and reliable in the treatment of senile depression. This article focuses on the etiology and pathogenesis of traditional Chinese medicine,dialectical classification, treatment and other aspects of the treatment of senile depression, so as to provide reference for clinical treatment of senile depression.
