火针治疗带状疱疹临床研究进展

Clinical Research Progress of Fire Needle in the Treatment of Herpes Zoster

通过检索近5年火针疗法治疗带状疱疹的相关文献,分别从单纯火针疗法、火针联合中药内服、火针联合中医外治、火针联合西药、火针联合物理疗法五个方面进行归纳总结。因“引起、发散”等作用,在带状疱疹临床治疗实践中,特别是针对带状疱疹相关性疼痛,火针疗法取得了较好的疗效。火针联合其他治疗手段更是提升了整体的疗效,值得临床推广应用。

By searching the relevant literature of fire needle therapy in the treatment of herpes zoster in recent 5 years, it is summarized from five aspects: simple fire needle therapy, fire needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine, fire needle combined with traditional Chinese medicine external treatment, fire needle combined with western medicine and fire needle combined with physical therapy. Due to the effects of "causing and spreading", fire needle has achieved good curative effect in the clinical treatment of herpes zoster,especially for herpes zoster related pain. Fire needle combined with other treatment methods improves the overall curative effect, which is worthy of clinical application.
