摘要
以素质教育、个性教育、终身教育、创新教育为内容的人才培养体系在我国逐步建立和完善,这对高校教职工提出了新的更高的要求。尤其是国家大力实施一流大学建设工程,高校内部教学单位教职工作为高校教育发展的第一阵地,除物资激励外,教职工的精神激励备受关注。文章阐述了精神激励对高校内部教学单位教职工的作用,结合当前高校内部教学单位教职工精神激励中存在问题并进行成因分析,提出了强化高校内部教学单位教职工精神激励应采取的策略。
The talent training system with the contents of quality education,personality education,lifelong education and innovative education has been gradually established and improved in China,which puts forward new and higher requirements for college teaching staff.In particular,the state vigorously implements the construction project of first-class universities.As the first position for the development of higher education,the spiritual motivation of teaching staff has attracted much attention in addition to material incentives.This paper expounds the role of spiritual incentive on the teaching staff of internal teaching units in colleges and universities,combined with the problems existing in the spiritual incentive of teaching staff in internal teaching units in colleges and universities,analyzes the causes,and puts forward the strategies that should be taken to strengthen the spiritual incentive of teaching staff in internal teaching units in colleges and universities.
