摘要
在旅游业数字化的趋势下,旅游景区官方网站依据其权威性、可靠性和专业性在传递景区信息、打造景区品牌、提升省域旅游经济发展方面起了重要的作用。以用户视角为导向,从用户体验、游客服务、信息资源、性能保障四个评价维度出发,运用层次分析法进行了权重测度,并对山东省125家景区网站进行了测评赋值。结果显示:山东省的景区网站还存有较多不足,内部水平参差不齐,整体上质量提升空间较大;游客服务和信息资源两个维度的提升是促进山东省部分景区网站整体发展的关键。
Under the trend of digitalisation of tourism, the official website of scenic spots plays an important role in transmitting scenic spot information, building scenic spot brand and improving the development of provincial tourism economy according to its authority, reliability and professionalism. Guided by the user’s perspective, starting from the four evaluation dimensions of user experience,tourist service, information resources and performance guarantee, this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to measure the weight, and evaluates 125 scenic spot websites in Shandong province. The results show that there are still many deficiencies in some scenic spot websites in Shandong province, the internal level is uneven, and the overall quality improvement space is large;the promotion of tourist service and information resources is the key to promote the overall development of scenic spot websites in Shandong province.
