PCNT基因SNP位点rs2070426多态性与食管癌的关系

摘要 目的探讨SNP位点rs2070426多态性与食管癌患者生存期的关系。方法199例患者均来自郑州大学第一附属医院省部共建食管癌防治国家重点实验室食管癌患者临床信息数据库,均为河南省食管癌高发区行手术治疗的患者。采用(全基因组外显子测序WES)法检测组织样本,并以全因死亡为终点对患者进行随访,观察rs2070426位点多态性与患者预后的相关性。应用SPSS 26.0软件进行分析。结果基因型分析表明PCNT基因SNP位点rs2070426有3种基因型,其中GG型51例、GC型64例、CC型84例。不同基因型的食管癌患者在同一个时间段中的生存率不同,进行SPSS软件中的Kaplan-Meier分析比较,CC型患者的生存最好(P<0.001)。结论PCNT基因SNP位点rs2070426多态性与食管癌的生存状况密切相关,有一定的预后指导作用。 Objective To investigate the relationship between SNP rs2070426 polymorphism and survival of esophageal cancer patients.Methods 199 patients data were collected from our database.All patients were treated with surgery in the high incidence area of esophageal cancer in Henan Province.The tissue samples were detected by WES(whole exome sequencing)method,and patients were followed up with all-cause death as the end point,to observe the correlation between rs2070426 single nucleotide polymorphism and prognosis of esophageal cancer.SPSS 26.0 software was used for analysis.Results In them there were three genotypes of SNP rs2070426 in PCNT gene,including 51 cases of GG type,64 cases of GC type and 84 cases of CC type.The survival rates of esophageal cancer patients with different genotypes were different in the same period of time.Kaplan-meier analysis showed that CC type patients had the best survival rate(P<0.001).Conclusion This study showed that rs2070426 polymorphism of SNP in PCNT gene is closely related to the survival status of esophageal cancer,which plays a certain guiding role.
