摘要
蛋白质半胱氨酸棕榈酰化,或称为S-棕榈酰化,是蛋白质翻译后修饰的一种,近年来受到越来越多的关注。人体有数千种被修饰过的蛋白质,由于修饰的蛋白质数量众多,更加凸显了S-棕榈酰化的重要性。本文主要从食管肿瘤免疫学的角度介绍S-棕榈酰化的作用,讨论了几个重要的免疫信号传导通路,包括S-棕榈酰化对蛋白质的作用、吞噬调节作用、细胞因子受体介导的信号传导、凋亡信号的调控等。本文着重强调了棕榈酰化在调节食管肿瘤免疫信号传导中的通用性,同时也是对于靶向棕榈酰化治疗食管肿瘤潜力的探讨。
Protein cysteine palmitylation,or S-palmitylation,is a kind of post-translational modification of proteins,which has attracted more and more attention in recent years.There are thousands of modified proteins in humans,and the importance of S-palmitoylation is underscored by the large number of modified proteins.In this paper,the role of S-palmitoylation from the perspective of esophageal cancer immunology was described,and discuss several important immune signaling pathways,including the role of S-palmitoylation on protein,the regulation of phagocytosis,cytokine receptor-mediated signaling,and the regulation of apoptosis,were discussed.This paper emphasizes the universality of palmitoylation in the regulation of immune signal transduction in esophageal tumors,and also challenges the potential of targeted palmitoylation in the treatment of esophageal tumor immune diseases.
