一种智能药膏涂抹器的设计

Design of an Intelligent Ointment Applicator

为了解决皮肤病患者在使用手或棉签等涂药时存在的问题,设计了一种智能药膏涂抹器。该涂抹器采用MSP430f5529单片机控制,机械部分由伸缩手柄、摄像头、滚珠、药膏存放盒等部分组成,通过电机带动滚轮挤压出药膏。样机测试表明,该涂抹器能准确地控制出药量,可以有效避免药膏的浪费,并且可通过按摩促进药物的吸收,同时患者能够在涂药过程中实时观察患处,从而将药膏精准均匀地涂抹于患病部位。同时,该涂抹器具有操作简单、方便实用、成本低廉等特点。

In order to solve the problems of skin patients using hands or cotton swabs,an intelligent ointment applicator is designed.The applicator is controlled by MSP430f5529 single chip microcomputer.The mechanical part is composed of a retractable handle,camera,ball,ointment storage box and other parts,which is extruded by a roller driven by a motor.Prototype test shows that the applicator can accurately control the dosage,effectively avoid the waste of ointment,and promote drug absorption through massage.Meanwhile,patients can observe the affected area in real time during the application process,so that the ointment can be accurately and evenly applied to the affected area.At the same time,the applicator has the characteristics of simple operation,convenient and low cost.
