摘要 云制造是一种面向服务的、高效率低能耗的先进智能制造模式,而云制造服务组合是促进云制造发展和实现资源增值的一项关键技术。以往的服务组合模型研究多关注时间、成本、质量等等,较少考虑云制造平台的能耗和服务满意度问题。考虑上述情况,提出一种新的评价模型,并采用带精英策略的非劣解排序遗传算法(NSGA-Ⅱ)求解该模型。对于NSGA-Ⅱ算法求得的Pareto解集,应用基于绝对理想点的TOPSIS法,选出最优云制造服务组合,最后通过一个算例证明了模型的有效性。 Cloud manufacturing is an advanced intelligent manufacturing mode with service-oriented,high efficiency and low energy consumption,and cloud manufacturing service composition is a key technology to promote the development of cloud manufacturing and realize resource value-added.The previous research on service composition model focuses more on time,cost,quality and so on,and less on the energy consumption and service satisfaction of cloud manufacturing platform.Considering the above situation,this paper proposes a new evaluation model,and uses the non-inferior solution sorting genetic algorithm with elite strategy(NSGA-Ⅱ)to solve the model.For the Pareto solution set obtained by NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm,the TOPSIS method based on absolute ideal points is applied to select the optimal cloud manufacturing service composition.Finally,an example is given to prove the effectiveness of the model.
