摘要
为了使数控车削加工程序标准化和简便化,固定编程格式,文中使用自动编程技术和零件特征编程技术,以FANUC系统的固定循环及专用宏程序为蓝本,开发了基于车削特征的编程助手系统,提高了零件合格率和编程效率。
In order to standardize and simplify the CNC turning processing program and fix the programming format,this paper uses automatic programming technology and part feature programming technology based on the fixed cycle and special macro program of the FANUC system,and develops programming based on turning features assistant system,which improves the part qualification rate and programming efficiency.
