一种新型分支井液压旋转工具的设计与实验

摘要 在分支井下尾管作业过程中,需要一种液压旋转工具安装于尾管管柱连接器以下,尾管进入分支井眼遇阻时此工具可传递转矩,通过旋转管柱通过遇阻点,尾管到位后需进行连接器与空心斜向器配合座挂,此时通过液压解锁此工具使下部管柱不再受到旋转转矩,提高坐挂成功率。针对这种需求设计一种专用液压旋转工具,作业时通过开泵液压解锁工具使其功能满足上述条件。文中通过理论计算与现场试验验证了工具的可靠性。 In the process of branch downhole liner operation,a hydraulic rotary tool needs to be installed below the liner string connector.When the liner enters the branch wellbore and encounters resistance,the tool can transmit torque.It passes through the resistance point through the rotary string.After the liner is in place,the connector and hollow deflector need to be matched and hung.At this time,the tool can be unlocked hydraulically so that the lower string is no longer subject to rotating torque,improve the success rate of sitting and hanging.According to this demand,a special hydraulic rotary tool is designed,and its functionality can meet the above conditions by turning on the pump hydraulic unlocking tool during operation.The reliability of the tool is verified by theoretical calculation and field test.
