摘要
舱门外手柄安装在飞机机身外表面,用于人们从飞机外部打开或关闭舱门。外手柄机构是飞机舱门上所有机构的“开关”,其设计的好坏会直接影响到整个飞机舱门机构的安全性和功能性。文中介绍一种在手柄把手内部集成了多套四杆、离合锁、弹簧杆及调整等元素的功能完整、安全并且节省空间的外手柄机构。对其功能、设计要求、机构原理设计及分析等几方面进行详细的介绍,为飞机舱门外手柄提供可借鉴的经验。
The door handle is installed on the outside surface of the aircraft fuselage for people to open or close the door from the outside of the aircraft.The outer handle mechanism is the switch of all the mechanisms on the aircraft door,and its design will directly affect the safety and functionality of the whole airplane door mechanism.This paper introduces a complete,safe and space-saving outer handle mechanism,which integrates multiple sets of four rods,clutch locks,spring rods and adjustment elements inside the handle.Through multiple sets of small mechanisms inside the handle.This paper introduces the function,design requirements,mechanism principle design and analysis of the handle,which can provide reference for the aircraft door handle.
