HXD3、HXD3C型电力机车从动齿轮与密封环接磨原因分析及控制措施

摘要 HXD3、HXD3C型电力机车在C6修检修时,对其轮轴驱动装置解体后发现部分从动齿轮毂孔外侧端面及其周围辐板面处存在不同程度的接磨发亮痕迹,个别触摸可明显感觉磨损痕迹,判定其存在异常接磨,存在质量安全隐患。通过对整个轮轴驱动装置齿轮箱装配组装过程的系统分析,找出问题产生的根本原因,制定相应的控制措施,保证齿轮箱装配组装质量,确保机车走行部运用安全。 During C6 level repair of HXD3、HXD3C electric locomotive,after disassembling wheel and axle drive device,it is found that there are different degrees of obvious nicks at the outside end face of hole of driven gear and driven gear web plate around the hole.Part of wear marks which obviously exist quality and safety issues.Based on the systematic analysis of the whole assembly process of the gearbox of the wheel and axle drive device,it is possible to find out the rationale and take measure to ensure the assembly quality of the gearbox and the safety operation of railway transportation.
