摘要
针对5G散热基站所用到的散热翅片进行了研究,开发了两相流散热翅片,经过对比不同形式的样品测试结果,验证其性能优于普通散热翅片,满足高热量散热的需求。
This paper studies the cooling fins used in 5G cooling base stations,and develops two-phase flow cooling fins.After comparing the test results of different forms of samples,it is verified that its performance is better than ordinary heat dissipation fins and meets the needs of high heat dissipation.
