Mechanical and Electrical Stage Control System of“Dream back to Ba Dynasty”

“梦回巴国”剧场位于四川省达州市宣汉县巴山大峡谷景区内,是一个集游览、会议、展览、演出等为一体的综合性文化旅游项目。文中着重阐述“梦回巴国”剧场舞台机械的组成部分、舞台机械的网络系统、舞台机械控制系统及上位机系统,其舞台机械主要包括观众席区机械、舞台区台下机械和台上机械;其控制系统由观众席区机械控制系统和舞台区机械控制系统组成,两套控制系统相互独立,互不干涉。舞台控制系统的上位机与PLC之间采用以太网通信,PLC与变频器、变频器与变频器之间采用现场总线EtherCAT通信;上位机HMI软件StageAPP是基于Microsoft Windows 7系统,采用Visual Studio软件开发的,控制器采用德国Beckhoff CX5020 PLC。设计目的是使观众席区具有“升、降”变化形式,舞台区具有“升、降、旋转、倾斜”变化形式,使表演的艺术造型、层次、动感更强。

"Dream back to Ba Dynasty"theater is located in the Bashan Grand Canyon Scenic Area,Xuanhan County,Dazhou City,Sichuan Province.It is a comprehensive cultural tourism project integrating tour,conference,exhibition and performance.This paper focuses on the machinery components,network system,control system and upper computer system of stage machinery of the"Dream back to Ba Dynasty"theater.The stage machinery mainly includes auditorium machinery,under stage machinery and over stage machinery.Its control system consists of the mechanical control system of the auditorium area and the stage area,those two control systems are independent of each other and do not interfere with each other.Ethernet communication is used between the upper computer and PLC of the stage control system,and fieldbus EtherCAT communication is used between PLC and frequency converter,and between frequency converter and frequency converter.The upper computer HMI software StageApp is developed based on Microsoft Windows 7 system,using Visual Studio software,and the system controller is Germany Beckhoff CX5020 PLC.The purpose of the stage design is to make the auditorium area has a changing form of ascending and descending,and the stage area has a changing form of ascending,descending,rotating,and tilting,which makes the artistic modeling,level and dynamic of the performance stronger.
