摘要
以小型汽轮机转子枞树型圆弧槽的加工方法为研究对象,对加工制造过程中的刀具切削参数、切削走刀轨迹等加工问题进行研究分析,总结了刀具参数在数控加工过程中的基本算法和工艺流程,并得出一套完整可行的加工工艺方案,为转子枞树型圆弧槽数控加工技术的发展奠定基础。
The processing method of Fir-tree circular groove for small steam turbine rotor is taken as the research object.Cutting parameters,cutting tool path and other machining problems are studied and analyzed in the process of machining and manufacturing.The basic algorithm and process flow of tool parameters in CNC machining process are summarized.A set of complete and feasible processing technology scheme is obtained,which lays a foundation for the development of CNC machining technology of the fir-tree circular groove of rotor.
