Evaluation of Joint Operation Ship Attack Based on the Fuzzy Dual Contrast Decisions

为科学有效地评估联合作战对舰突击方案,采用模糊决策方法中的模糊二元对比决策法建立评估模型。提出并分析了影响联合作战对舰突击的五个主要因素,即方案评估的五个评估指标。依据各评估指标,应用模糊二元对比决策法对备选突击方案进行评估与排序,最终,根据各评估指标所占权重计算出突击方案总体排序,为对舰突击方案评估提供一种实用性、可操作性强的方法。

In order to analyze the joint operation ship attack project,the paper provides the method of fuzzy dual contrast decisions.The paper proposes and analyzes 5 primary factors of ship attack.For these five evaluating indicators,we use the method of fuzzy dual contrast decisions to analyze and give the sort of several alternative projects.Finally,we use the weight of the indicators to calculate and get the final sort of several alternative projects.The paper provides a practical and operational method.
